Did you know you can access your account information over the phone? Call either of these phone numbers:
You can call either number. You need a touch tone phone. When you call, enter your base account number (savings) followed by a pound sign (#). You will be asked for your PIN. If you are not sure about your PIN or don’t remember your PIN, call one of the offices to set up a new PIN or request your existing PIN.
Here are the options that are available for you to access:
- Account balances (checking and savings)
- Last 6 transactions posted to your checking account
- Look for a certain check to see if it has cleared your account
- Transfer money from share to checking (funds available immediately)
- Request a check to be sent from your savings to your home address
- Change your 4 digit PIN number
